    When booking a queen room the room can either be a Queen Bed or a King Zip Bed Run of House which means that the Hotel will allocate bedding configuration whatever is available on that day either Queen Bed or Zip King Bed which are 2 single beds pushed and zipped together If you require a Queen Bed please inform reception and we will try our best to room move you to another room the following day if there is available queen bed no guarantee No refunds or any compensation given if not happy with Zip King Bed
