Property Description

    Pennyroyal Farm is situated in a picturesque valley with peace and quiet, trout fishing and pet friendly bushwalks close to two local P.Y.O. berry gardens (cafe open seasonally) and several golf courses.
    We are a world apart from, yet within easy reach of the bustling seaside resort of Lorne on the Great Ocean Road. Our cottages make an ideal base from which to explore the forests and waterfalls of the Otway Ranges.
    Choose from several different cottage designs and relax on sundecks with outdoor furniture and BBQs to enjoy our lovely native gardens and abundant bird life while you soak up the extensive views over farmland and forest.
    Walk to the country general store or a choice of 3 cafes and bars with live entertainment and a variety of styles including one which is olive themed and listed in the Age Good Food Guide.
    Some of our cottages feature spas and all have entertainment systems, leather furniture, Wood-burning heaters, reverse cycle air conditioners and ceiling fans, Linen, towels, guest soaps and shampoo, full kitchens with microwaves, cooking utensils, crockery, cutlery and basic kitchen supplies (including emergency coffee, tea milk etc.).
    Pets are welcome inside and each cottage is set in a securely fenced garden to provide you with peace of mind should you choose to leave them behind while you go for a drive or out for dinner.
    We have been awarded the Holidaying with Dogs Five Paws Rating Award.
