Don’t agree with our Rating?

We love it when our travellers give us feedback on the properties they have stayed at, both positive and negative. It simply helps us create an even more accurate and consistent Rating Scheme. This then helps guide all the travellers that stay there after you.

A property can have its STAR Rating placed under review if we receive major customer complaints, howwever it maybe that the property has undergone major renovations and is awaiting reassessment. If you see a property listed as “Rating Under Review” we recommend you contact them prior to making a booking.
